The floor plan arrives as a PDF. The strategy, as a hunch.

Expensive booth, small team, a few show days. Yet staff positions and approach are usually decided the night before.

  • High investment, blind return

Space, build and staff are expensive, but there is rarely a traffic forecast to back each decision.

  • Strategy put together in a rush

Cross-checking the floor plan, the talk schedule and goals takes days, and it usually slips to the last week.

  • Leads lost in the wrong aisle

Without knowing where visitors walk, the team waits in the wrong place at peak times.

First, the floor plan

Before the doors open, the PDF floor plan becomes a map in meters: walls, booths, aisles, entrances and attractions.

What sets StandSense apart

Simulate how visitors behave before you build the booth

Simulated visitors walk the hall following the event agenda. You see where the general audience goes and, separately, your target audience, and compare positions before deciding.

See the simulation in detail
  • The event crowd

Entrances, talks, lunch and registration move the flow throughout the day. The simulation reproduces that rhythm, hour by hour.

  • Your target audience

Define who you want to meet and see where those people walk, when, and for how long, separate from the general audience.

  • Positions and scenarios

Try the booth elsewhere, staff at other points or the talk at another time, and compare the results side by side.

Outcomes the plan delivers

Every recommendation points to the metric behind it.

  • More qualified traffic

Activations facing the aisles with the most visibility.

  • Staff in the right place

Positions and shifts set by the forecast flow, hour by hour.

  • Scripted approach

Opening lines and qualification questions per persona.

  • Activations that fit the budget

Suggestions filtered by your budget, booth type and neighbors.

  • Client-ready presentation

PDF and a link with the navigable 3D, ready to share.

  • Forecast vs. actual

Log your leads and compare them with the forecast to calibrate the next show.

White label

The strategy is yours. So is the brand.

Deliver the 3D plan, the simulation and the report with your agency's logo and colors, in a separate workspace for each client.

  • Link and PDF under your brand, without the StandSense brand.
  • One workspace per client, with separate data and access.
  • Proposals with 3D and simulation instead of a static render.

Frequently asked questions

Which floor plan formats are supported?

PDF, DWG, DXF, PNG and JPG, up to 100 MB. Vector PDFs exported by the organizer work best; photos work too but need more review in the editor.

How accurate is the simulation?

It's an estimate, always shown as ranges with a confidence level. It gets more accurate as you log the results of your shows.

Is my floor plan private?

Yes. Data is stored on AWS in the European Union, isolated per organization, and never used to train AI models.

Which languages does it support?

Portuguese, Spanish and English, across the portal, the plan and the approach scripts.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and stay active until the end of the paid period.

Does it integrate with my CRM?

You can import results via CSV. HubSpot and Salesforce integrations are on the roadmap.
