Billing questions

How does the per-event plan work?

You buy one credit per show and use every feature for that event, with no subscription.

Can I change plans?

Yes, anytime. The difference is prorated on the next billing cycle.

How do I cancel?

In Settings > Plan and billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes, every charge has an invoice you can download from the portal.

Which currency am I charged in?

All plans are billed in euros (EUR), in every country. Your card converts the amount to your local currency if needed.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Your first plan is free and doesn't ask for a card.
