How the simulation estimates flow
A ranged estimate with a confidence level, not a headcount of people who have not entered the hall yet.
What goes into the model
The hall floor plan (walls, stands, aisles, entrances and attractions), the agenda that moves people through the day, and the audience you describe in the briefing. General flow and your target audience are shown separately.
Where the estimate stops
The result is a range, with a confidence level, not an exact visitor count. A photo of a floor plan needs more review than a vector PDF from the organiser. The simulation does not replace watching the show on the day.
How your data calibrates
Results you record after the show adjust only your organisation's next forecasts for that hall. That content is not used to train AI models. Aggregated use across customers happens only when the contract allows it.
